“O My Heart” took the title of Record of The Week in the Pick ‘N’ Mix competition on The Radcliffe and Maconie show on BBC Radio 2, beating tracks by LCD Soundsystem and My Jerusalem.  The winner was selected by your votes, and “O My Heart” will be played daily this week on the radio show. Mother Mother will be at Mission Snow and Skate this Sunday July 11 the afternoon prior to their performance at Wildhorse Saloon in Calgary for an autograph session at Mission’s downtown location (616 17 Ave SW) beginning at 2:00pm for an hour. Feel free to bring out your MM CDs, vinyl and t-shirts for them to sign, and posters will be on hand at the store for signing as well.

Mother Mother’s music video for “O My Heart” won out over Tegan And Sara’s video for “Alligator” on Muzu TV’s Video Fightclub and is now Video Of The Day for Tuesday, June 22. The winner was determined by your votes, many thanks to all who voted!

Mother Mother will be performing alongside Devo, Bad Religion, Tokyo Police Club, Matthew Good, The Dudes, The Decemberists and many others at the Live at Squamish Festival which takes place in Squamish, BC at Logger Sports Grounds over Labour Day Weekend. Mother Mother are to perform the main stage on Sunday, September 5. Tickets go on sale Friday, June 25 and the festival presale starts this Wednesday, June 23. Mother Mother’s music video for “O My Heart” will be pitted against Tegan and Sara this Monday, June 21 on Muzu TV’s Video Fight Club. The winner will be determined by the votes of the fans and will be featured the following day as Muzu TV’s Video of the Day. The competition begins on 12:00am (UK/Ireland time) and ends at 11:59pm, click here to vote this coming Monday.
